Shipping & Returns
When shipping to mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland & Northern Island we aim for your order to get to you within 3 to 5 working days post payment. If delivery of goods is not possible through no fault of the respective courier, the customer may then liable for any associated costs in arranging re-delivery or return to us.
Trade orders are dispatched Monday-Thursday (excluding Bank holidays) | Retail orders are dispatched Monday – Friday (excluding Bank holidays) | Cut-off time for dispatching orders is 9.00 am, orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next available day.
International shipping is available to trade account customers only, with full details available upon request.
Shipping costs are reviewed periodically & are subject to change in line with price adjustments from our courier/shipping partners, we always strive to keep these as low a possible.
1) Returns – In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your products or change your mind you can return them to us for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
2) Damaged or Faulty Products and Incorrect Orders
You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered.
When returning damaged, faulty or incorrect orders we will refund:
a. Full Purchase Price
b. Delivery Charges (the cost for initial delivery to you)
c. Return Charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon the production of a receipt. Alternatively, we may arrange to collect your goods from you at our cost
d. Photographic evidence of damage may be requested in order to process your refund
