1. Ruff Stuff Bodycare Ltd reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend trade accounts in the event of misuse and or failure to supply the mandatory information required to complete account set up.
2. All information requested to support account set up & ordering will be used in accordance with our privacy policy – see website for full details.
3. All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days upon receiving payment in cleared funds – unless otherwise stated at time of order.
4. All website & Social media imagery, Logo’s & Branding containing Ruff Stuff remain the property of Ruff Stuff Bodycare Ltd and may only be used with the express consent of Ruff Stuff Bodycare Ltd.
5. Minimum order quantity for trade stockists in the UK & Northern Ireland is 1 case (6 tubs).
6. Minimum order quantity for International trade stockists is 6 cases (36 tubs).
7. All complaints will be managed as per our Returns Policy – see website for full details.
8. Tax – VAT is charged on all orders at the standard rate of 20%. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to declare & pay any additional taxes due on the importation of your order. For all international orders we complete & include a customs declaration form, this is a requirement under UK customs law.
